Psycho.farm provides educational content about psychiatry, psychopharmacology, mental health, clinical reasoning, and related topics. This content may appear on our website, paid courses, videos, podcasts, community forums, emails, newsletters, downloads, diagrams, quizzes, case discussions, live sessions, social media, and other materials.
Psycho.farm content is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, psychiatric advice, psychological advice, nursing advice, pharmacy advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing instruction for any particular person, clinical supervision, consultation, second opinion, standard-of-care determination, risk-management advice, legal advice, or emergency care.
2. No Clinician-Patient Relationship
Use of Psycho.farm does not create a clinician-patient relationship, therapist-patient relationship, prescriber-patient relationship, supervisory relationship, consultant relationship, or fiduciary relationship between you and Prospect Park Psychiatry, PLLC, Psycho.farm, Greg Malzberg, MD, any instructor, host, guest, moderator, affiliate, contractor, or community participant.
Psycho.farm does not examine, diagnose, monitor, treat, prescribe for, or follow any individual patient. Psycho.farm is not a telehealth service, medical practice service, psychiatric treatment service, psychotherapy service, pharmacy, crisis service, or patient portal.
Although Prospect Park Psychiatry, PLLC is a professional medical entity, Psycho.farm itself is an educational product. Using Psycho.farm does not make you a patient of Prospect Park Psychiatry, PLLC or Greg Malzberg, MD.
3. For Clinicians and Trainees
Psycho.farm is designed primarily for clinicians, prescribers, trainees, students, and adult learners seeking education in psychopharmacology and psychiatric clinical reasoning. Psycho.farm does not replace your professional training, licensure requirements, supervision requirements, institutional policies, consultation obligations, applicable law, or independent clinical judgment.
You are solely responsible for evaluating the facts of any clinical situation and for confirming current standards before making any clinical decision. This includes, without limitation, reviewing FDA-approved labeling, boxed warnings, contraindications, drug interactions, dosing, monitoring requirements, pregnancy and lactation considerations, pediatric and geriatric considerations, controlled-substance laws, state scope-of-practice rules, payer requirements, institutional policies, and current guidelines.
4. For Patients, Families, and Non-Clinicians

Psycho.farm does not provide emergency services, crisis assessment, suicide-risk assessment, urgent clinical monitoring, or real-time safety planning. Do not use Psycho.farm, the community, email, comments, social media, or contact forms for emergencies.

6. Medication and Safety Information
Psychopharmacology changes over time. Medication approvals, warnings, contraindications, recommended doses, interactions, monitoring standards, and clinical guidelines may change after content is published or reviewed.
Psycho.farm attempts to provide accurate educational content, but we do not guarantee that any information is complete, current, accurate, applicable to your jurisdiction, applicable to your patient population, or appropriate for any particular person.

If that changes, the applicable product page will expressly state the type of credit offered, the accrediting body, eligibility requirements, and any applicable terms.
Completion of a Psycho.farm course, lesson, quiz, or activity does not constitute a professional credential, certification of competence, or proof of clinical ability.

11. Community and Case Discussions
Psycho.farm community discussions are educational and general. They are not patient-specific medical advice, clinical supervision, formal consultation, treatment recommendations, or emergency support.
Users may discuss de-identified clinical scenarios for educational purposes only. Users must not post protected health information, identifying patient details, photographs, exact dates, exact locations, record numbers, screenshots from medical records, or any information or combination of information that could reasonably identify a patient or third party.
