Terms of Use
The rules governing your access to and use of Psycho.farm. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Psycho.farm, including our website, courses, videos, podcast materials, community, downloads, emails, newsletters, live sessions, quizzes, comments, and related services.
By accessing or using Psycho.farm, creating an account, enrolling in a course, joining the community, downloading materials, posting content, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms, our Medical and Educational Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, Disclosures, Community Rules, and any additional terms presented at checkout or within a specific product.
If you do not agree, do not use Psycho.farm.
2. Operator and Product Name
Psycho.farm is a public-facing product name. Psycho.farm is not a separate legal entity. Psycho.farm is operated by Prospect Park Psychiatry, PLLC, a New York professional limited liability company.
Although Prospect Park Psychiatry, PLLC is a professional medical entity, Psycho.farm is an educational product and is not a patient-care service, telehealth service, medical practice service, psychotherapy service, or patient portal.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase a course, join the community, or post content. Psycho.farm is intended for adult users, including clinicians, prescribers, trainees, students, and interested non-clinicians.
The community may include clinicians, trainees, patients, family members, caregivers, and members of the general public. Psycho.farm does not verify clinician status unless expressly stated. Do not assume that any community participant is a licensed clinician.
4. Educational Use Only
Psycho.farm provides general educational content. Psycho.farm does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, clinical supervision, consultation, telehealth, psychotherapy, crisis services, or patient care. No clinician-patient relationship is created.
You agree that you are solely responsible for how you interpret and use Psycho.farm content. Clinicians must independently verify all information before applying it in clinical practice. Patients and non-clinicians must consult their own licensed healthcare professional.
5. No Emergency Use
Do not use Psycho.farm for emergencies or urgent clinical situations. Psycho.farm does not monitor messages for emergencies and does not provide crisis response.
If you or someone else may be in danger, call 911 or local emergency services. In the United States, call or text 988 for mental-health crisis support.
6. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not share, sell, transfer, sublicense, or allow others to use your account.
You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, suspected misuse, nonpayment, chargebacks, credential sharing, posting prohibited content, infringement, abuse, or conduct that we believe may create legal, safety, privacy, professional, or operational risk.
7. Course Access and License
When you purchase a Psycho.farm course, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course for your personal educational use only. You do not purchase ownership of the course content.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, you may not copy, download except where enabled, record, reproduce, distribute, publish, teach from, adapt, sell, resell, sublicense, share, upload, scrape, train AI systems on, or create derivative works from Psycho.farm content without written permission from Prospect Park Psychiatry, PLLC.
8. Lifetime Access
If a Psycho.farm product is advertised as including “lifetime access,” that means access for the commercially reasonable life of the applicable course while Psycho.farm continues to offer, host, and support that course, subject to these Terms, technological changes, platform changes, payment processor availability, hosting availability, legal requirements, force majeure, discontinuation, and termination for violation of these Terms.
“Lifetime access” does not guarantee access for your personal lifetime and does not require perpetual hosting, perpetual technical support, or indefinite availability of any specific platform, feature, download, community, or format.
9. Prices, Payments, and Taxes
Psycho.farm currently sells paid courses as one-time purchases. Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time.
Payment processing is handled through Stripe or another third-party payment processor. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges for purchases, taxes, and applicable fees.
Psycho.farm does not store full payment card information unless expressly stated. Payment processing is subject to the terms and privacy practices of the applicable payment processor.
10. Future Memberships or Subscriptions
Psycho.farm may offer paid memberships, community tiers, subscriptions, or recurring products in the future. If we do, the renewal terms, price, billing period, cancellation method, and refund terms will be disclosed at checkout.
11. Refund Policy
Unless a product page states otherwise, paid course purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests must be sent to psychofarm333@gmail.com from the email address associated with the purchase.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method when commercially feasible. Processing times may depend on Stripe, the user’s financial institution, or other payment processors.
12. No CME, CE, or Certificates Unless Expressly Stated
Psycho.farm does not currently provide accredited CME, CE, board certification, licensure credit, professional certification, or credentialing.
Completion of a course, lesson, quiz, community activity, or live session does not create a certificate, credential, endorsement, proof of clinical competence, or professional qualification unless expressly stated in writing by Psycho.farm.
13. Community Rules
The Psycho.farm community, if available, is for educational discussion. By participating, you agree:
- You will not post protected health information, patient names, initials, exact dates, faces, locations, record numbers, screenshots from medical records, or any combination of details that could identify a patient or third party.
- You will not seek or provide patient-specific medical advice, emergency advice, or instructions for the care of an identifiable person.
- You will de-identify educational case discussions to a standard appropriate under your professional, legal, ethical, institutional, and HIPAA obligations.
- You will comply with your licensure, scope of practice, supervision requirements, employer policies, confidentiality duties, and applicable law.
- You will not assume that other community participants are clinicians unless their status is expressly verified.
- You will be respectful and will not post harassment, discrimination, threats, spam, advertising, unlawful content, sexually explicit content, defamatory content, or infringing material.
Psycho.farm may remove, edit, restrict, or preserve posts; suspend users; cooperate with lawful requests; or take other action when we believe content creates legal, privacy, safety, professional, community, or operational risk. Posts may be removed without notice. See the full Community Rules.
14. No Anonymous or Pseudonymous Posting
Unless Psycho.farm expressly states otherwise, community participation must occur under the account identity associated with the user. Psycho.farm does not permit anonymous or pseudonymous posting.
15. No HIPAA Business Associate Relationship
Psycho.farm is not intended to receive, store, process, or transmit protected health information on behalf of users. You agree not to submit protected health information to Psycho.farm.
Nothing in these Terms creates a HIPAA business associate agreement, covered-entity relationship, treatment relationship, patient portal relationship, or healthcare operations arrangement between you and Psycho.farm.
If you are a covered entity, business associate, healthcare professional, trainee, or employee of a healthcare organization, you are solely responsible for your HIPAA, privacy, confidentiality, and professional obligations.
16. User Content License
If you post, upload, submit, comment, message, or otherwise provide content to Psycho.farm, you retain ownership of your content, but you grant Prospect Park Psychiatry, PLLC and Psycho.farm a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, display, modify, excerpt, moderate, remove, publish, and use that content as needed to operate, improve, protect, and promote Psycho.farm.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit the content and that your content does not violate law, confidentiality duties, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, professional obligations, or these Terms.
17. Intellectual Property
Psycho.farm content, including videos, scripts, diagrams, frameworks, slides, downloads, quizzes, graphics, logos, trademarks, site design, text, audio, and compilations, is owned by Prospect Park Psychiatry, PLLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.
You may use Psycho.farm content only as permitted by these Terms. Unauthorized copying, recording, screen-capturing, downloading, redistribution, republication, resale, teaching, commercial use, AI training use, or derivative use is prohibited.
18. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Share your account or course access.
- Copy, record, scrape, bulk download, or redistribute content.
- Use content to create a competing course, product, database, AI training set, or derivative commercial offering.
- Post protected health information or patient-identifying information.
- Use Psycho.farm for emergencies or patient-specific advice.
- Misrepresent your identity, credentials, affiliation, student status, resident status, payment authorization, or professional status.
- Interfere with site security, access controls, payment systems, or platform operation.
- Use bots, crawlers, scraping tools, or automated access except as allowed by law.
- Post unlawful, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or harmful content.
19. Editorial Independence
Psycho.farm aims to provide independent educational content. Unless clearly disclosed, content is not directed, reviewed, approved, sponsored, or funded by pharmaceutical companies, device companies, or other commercial entities with a financial interest in medications or treatments discussed.
20. Testimonials and Reviews
Testimonials, reviews, endorsements, ratings, and user comments reflect individual experiences and opinions. They do not guarantee that you will have the same experience and do not represent clinical outcomes, patient outcomes, professional outcomes, income, licensure, employment, or board performance.
Psycho.farm does not knowingly publish fake testimonials or materially misleading endorsements. Any material connection, compensation, discount, free access, affiliate relationship, or other incentive connected to a testimonial should be clearly disclosed.
21. Third-Party Links and Platforms
Psycho.farm may link to or integrate third-party platforms, including Netlify, Stripe, Memberful, email platforms, hosting providers, analytics tools, podcast platforms, video platforms, social-media sites, app stores, booksellers, or external resources.

We disclaim all warranties, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted access, clinical usefulness, professional usefulness, and suitability for any person or patient.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to Psycho.farm will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to Psycho.farm for the product giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, infringed rights, misused content, shared access, failed to pay, posted prohibited content, or engaged in harmful conduct.
