Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, share, and protect information — and why you should never send patient information through Psycho.farm.
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Psycho.farm collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, courses, community, emails, downloads, payment flows, and related services.
Psycho.farm is an educational product. Psycho.farm is not a patient portal, telehealth service, medical treatment service, psychotherapy service, pharmacy, or emergency service. Do not submit patient information, protected health information, medical records, or sensitive personal health information through Psycho.farm.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect:
- Account information, such as name, email address, username, password, professional role, and account preferences.
- Purchase information, such as product purchased, price, billing status, refund status, and transaction history.
- Payment information processed by Stripe or another payment processor. Psycho.farm does not intentionally store full payment card information.
- Course and usage information, such as lessons viewed, quiz activity, completion status, downloads, device information, log data, IP address, browser type, referring pages, and approximate location.
- Community content, such as posts, replies, comments, profile information, and messages submitted through community features.
- Communications, such as emails, support requests, survey responses, feedback, testimonials, and newsletter preferences.
- Technical information, such as cookies, server logs, device identifiers, browser information, and information necessary to operate and secure the website.
3. Sensitive Information and PHI
Do not submit protected health information, patient-identifying information, medical records, therapy notes, prescriptions, lab results, portal messages, emergency information, or other confidential patient information to Psycho.farm.
If you submit such information despite this policy, you do so at your own risk and represent that you have all required rights, consents, authorizations, and legal bases. We may delete, restrict, preserve, or disclose such information if necessary to operate the service, protect safety, comply with law, or enforce our Terms.
4. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Provide and operate Psycho.farm.
- Create and manage accounts.
- Process payments and refunds.
- Deliver courses, downloads, communities, and emails.
- Respond to support requests.
- Moderate community content.
- Improve content, security, usability, and performance.
- Send transactional, educational, and promotional communications.
- Analyze traffic, engagement, and product performance.

5. How We Share Information

- Service providers that help with hosting, payments, analytics, email, customer support, authentication, community features, course delivery, security, and business operations.
- Stripe or other payment processors as necessary to process transactions.
- Netlify, Memberful, Supabase, or other infrastructure providers as necessary to operate the website, authentication, and membership access.
- Future email or newsletter providers as necessary to deliver communications.
- Professional advisers, such as attorneys, accountants, insurers, auditors, and compliance consultants.
- Transaction parties in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, sale, reorganization, or transfer of assets.
- Law enforcement, regulators, courts, or others when we believe disclosure is required or appropriate to comply with law, protect rights, protect safety, prevent fraud, enforce Terms, or respond to legal process.
- Other users, if you post in public or community areas.
6. No Sale of User Data
Psycho.farm does not sell user data to advertisers.
Psycho.farm does not currently use targeted advertising pixels, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Pixel, or similar targeted advertising tools. If that changes, this policy will be updated as appropriate.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Psycho.farm may use or link to third-party services such as Netlify, Stripe, Memberful, Supabase, email platforms, course tools, podcast platforms, video platforms, community tools, social-media platforms, or other vendors. These third parties have their own privacy policies and practices.
8. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, measure performance, secure accounts, and improve the user experience.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.
9. Email Preferences
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting psychofarm333@gmail.com. We may still send transactional or account-related messages, such as purchase receipts, password resets, policy updates, or course-access notices.
10. Data Retention
We retain information as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including account management, course access, legal compliance, dispute resolution, security, tax and accounting obligations, and enforcement.
We may retain backups and logs for a limited period.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children
Psycho.farm is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users must be at least 18 to create accounts, purchase products, or participate in community features.
13. International Users
Psycho.farm is operated from the United States and is intended primarily for users in the United States. If you access Psycho.farm from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where privacy laws may differ.
14. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or opt out of certain uses of your personal information.

15. Changes
